In this edition Tony brings our awareness to doing the simplest exercises and techniques that dramatically improves our health and quality of thinking. Who would have thought that to just looking up creates such a difference in our blood to our attitude. Our culture has taught us to look down at our phones, our computers and even when we walk to consistently doubt ourselves.

Tony channels spirit that it actually enhances our ability to connect to spirit and ourselves when we look up. One question was asked "why do we look up when we ask a question about life?" Does this suggest that we are not to answer it but it will come from outside of us. Discover more in this podcast.

In the meditation portion of this podcast we used the Sunlight Meditation: Sunlight Meditation - Masculine

This is the same as the post roll original but this 2nd version has a 2 second pause so it won't starling a person after the meditation is finished and they are in an altered state. It has also been faded in a little better so it won't be so loud all at once.
