the Mountain Within

In this podcast Tony opens up the conversation to bring our attention to the resilient strong part of us; the mountain within us. Our energies are so powerful we are literally unstoppable or immovable. It is mostly our programmed thoughts that can diminish us to the point where we don't feel we have any power at all. Spirit uses the example of the mountain as it does not waiver or become less steep so it is easier to climb. It stays the way it is so you in the process can find the mountain within you.   

Tony gives several questions you can ask yourself on how to understand why a mountain despite not doing anything why people would want to climb it. Many people have said "I climb it because it is there". In other words, thousands of people from all over the world are attracted to climb these amazing spectacles of rock and snow.
