HIGH HEART Part 2 of 3 Loving Yourself

This podcast explains the HIGH HEART chakra and how it is connected to self love and self respect.  Often times our heart wants to show us how much love is around us but we don't always see it if we are not connected to those energies. Tony talks more about the love that is always there in our hearts but we may feel pain from others and can't see passed our immediate reality.

This edition sets you up for Part 2 which is about learning to appreciate and love yourself.  Please listen to series chronologically first to give you a proper briefing on how to move through and get you to the meditation in Part 3.  The 3rd edition will have a meditation element so you can go right to the chakra you want to work on to save time.  Enjoy!
